Ways to Support Us

There are a few ways in which you can support GNFC. Either through Prayer, Financial Support or Volunteering your time. Find out more below:

Prayer

“The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective” (James 5:16)

Prayer is the wind in the sails of Good News Family Care. That’s why we encourage Christians everywhere to pray for us. If you can spare a little time to pray on a regular basis, why not consider becoming a Prayer Partner?

Donating to GNFC

Our need for financial help is on-going, of course, your continued support helps to develop and maintain existing facilities – and to fund new projects. No matter how big or small, your contribution will help us continue to help more people in more ways with the added opportunity to share God’s love with vulnerable women and children and see more broken lives made new. We equally need your prayers for our team and our residents, that God’s glory be seen and all things be made new in broken lives.

Volunteering

Referrals related to life-controlling dependencies – such as drugs or alcohol – will be considered for a place on our Recovery programme.

Individuals may approach us directly or they can be be referred by Voluntary and Statutory Agencies, GPs, Police, Probation, Community Drug/Alcohol teams, Health and Social workers, Christian organisations and Churches.

If you wish to discuss a possible referral, please contact Hazel Guest or Johanna Collier by ringing: 01298 24761 or email us at mail@gnfc.org.uk
